Policies & conditions
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Mossman online purchase, we are happy to provide an online credit or refund, subject to the conditions outlined below. Please note that once an order has been placed, it is not possible to cancel your order, so please check your order carefully before placing it. For further assistance please contact enquiries@mossmanclothing.com.au or call 03 9646 0059 (Mon-Fri, 9.30am to 5.30pm AEST).- The item(s) must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Returns after this date will not be accepted.
- Your item(s) must be unworn and in its original condition with all tags attached. Items with any visible marks, including makeup or self-tan will not be accepted and returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
- Sale items can only be returned for an online credit. Mossman do not offer refunds on sale items for change of mind or incorrect purchases. Online credits are valid for 3 years from date of issue.
- Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for a return unless faulty or not as described/unfit for purpose as per Australian Consumer Law. All items are individually checked prior to dispatch to ensure the correct standards are met.
- Mossman do not offer exchanges. If you have returned your product due to a change of mind or incorrect sizing, you can purchase the product in your required size (or another product) in a new transaction.
- Due to hygiene reasons there is strictly no returns on accessories.
- A returns request must be completed online. During this process, for Australian returns, you will be given the option of choosing a pre-paid return label which will cover the cost of your return shipping and will be deducted from your refund/credit note. Alternatively, you can create your own return label and pay separately for the return shipping costs at the time of lodging your parcel at a post office. All international returns must pay for shipping separately using your chosen post provider.
- Returns must be sent by post only and cannot be accepted by any other method. Under no circumstances can items purchased online be returned to Mossman stores or head office.
- Return shipping costs are payable by the customer. Mossman are not responsible for lost parcels and we recommend obtaining a tracking number for all return parcels as proof of shipment
- If you believe you have received a faulty item, please e-mail an image of the fault to enquiries@mossmanclothing.com.au prior to requesting your return.
Refunds
- Only full priced items are eligible for a refund.
- Refunds can only be made to the original method of payment.
- Refunds to credit/debit cards may take 3-5 business days to appear in your account.
- If you made your purchase with Afterpay, we will cancel any future payments and Afterpay will refund any payments already processed.
- Full priced items purchased with a promotional discount code applied are still eligible for a refund, unless otherwise stated in the terms and conditions of the promotion.
- Orders paid for using online credit can only be refunded as online credit. Online credit notes are valid for 3 years from the date of issue.
In-store returns policy
Please note our in store returns policy is different to our online returns policy. Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase. We are happy to provide an exchange or credit note on full priced items within 14 days of purchase.
Sale items may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase. Please choose carefully, as we do not offer a refund for change of mind for incorrect purchases. Refunds will only be issued upon assessment and where required by law.
Our store at Bundoora has now officially closed. Any returns of products purchased in store must be posted back to our Head Office and online credit notes will be issued on valid returns.
